How We Source Our Watches
- All watches sold by The Time Tin are sourced from authorised dealers.
- We do not sell counterfeit or replica items.
- We are an independent retailer.
- Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify the products we sell and remain the property of their respective owners.
Watches will include original manufacturer packaging and documentation (such as boxes, booklets or cards). If any item does not include these, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Certificates & Documentation
For some brands, where applicable, additional documentation will be supplied, such as a certificate of authenticity, or a warranty card.
- Where supplied, these documents confirm that the watch is authentic and as described.
- Documentation may come from the brand, distributor or The Time Tin, depending on the supply chain for that specific watch.

What to Do If You Have a Problem
If you have any problems with your watch:

- We will review your enquiry and may request photos, documentation, or (where needed) that the watch is returned to us for inspection.
- If, after investigation, the watch is found not to be as described or faulty, we will put things right in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy and Warranty Information - which may include a full refund or replacement.
Nothing in this Authenticity Guarantee affects your statutory rights or your rights under our Returns & Refunds Policy or Warranty Information.
