Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Time Tin. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please read below for more information on our return policy.

This returns policy applies to all purchases made on The Time Tin website.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have a legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it. We extend this period to 30 days for all customers.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In a condition suitable for resale. Customers may handle the item to the extent necessary to inspect it, as they would in a physical shop.
  • In the original packaging, with any tags or protective seals still attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please report faulty or damaged items as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Return process

To start a return, please contact us at sales@thetimetin.co.uk or call us on +447598440329 quoting your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will process your return request within 1-2 business days. We will send you a confirmation email with an authorisation number and instructions on how to return your item.

Please don't return any items before we have confirmed your return request has been processed.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost for unwanted items. If the item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the return postage cost.  

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Inspection typically takes 1–2 business days.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that show signs of wear
  • Items that have been used
  • Items missing original packaging, seals or tags

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund following the instructions above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that your new item can be dispatched to you without delay.
