Orders and Acceptance
- By placing an order with us, you are making an offer to buy a product under these Terms.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
- Once your order is accepted and confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.
- Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Our 30-day returns window, as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy, is offered in addition to these statutory rights.
- The contract between you and The Time Tin is formed only once we have accepted and processed your order.
Price and Payment
- All prices on our website are listed in GBP (£) - VAT is not applicable as The Time Tin is not VAT-registered.
- We accept payment via credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro and UnionPay.
- We accept payment via Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- Once your order is confirmed, the price at the time of purchase is final.
Product Availability
- While we strive to ensure the availability of all products listed on our website, in rare cases, some products may be out of stock. Out of stock items will be clearly marked.
- If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund, the option to replace the item with a similar product, or to cancel the order entirely. Please note that all items are subject to availability. In cases of extended stock issues, we may notify you of a delay or stock replenishment, if applicable.
