Are your product listings accurate?
We keep all product titles, descriptions, images, pricing and availability accurate and up to date. The information you see on our website always matches the product data we provide to Google.
What happens if a product goes out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as Out of stock on our website and in our product listings. If stock changes, our website and product feed update accordingly.
Do you sell genuine products?
Yes, all products we sell are sourced from authorised distributors. We do not sell counterfeit or replica products.
Do you sell used or refurbished items?
All items we sell are brand new unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Will the price I see in an ad or Google listing always match the website?
Yes. Prices displayed in Google Shopping or Google Ads will always match the price on our product page. If prices change, our website and product feed update automatically.
Do you charge any hidden fees?
All prices shown on our website are final. We do not charge any hidden fees.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately and we will be able to cancel your order. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can return the item for a full refund in accordance with our Return & Refunds Policy.
Shipping, Delivery & Taxes
What are your shipping options and costs?
All items are shipped via our free standard delivery service, Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver the next working day. You can find out more information regarding this service on the Royal Mail website here.
When will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped the same working day (Monday-Friday) if ordered before our cut-off time of 15:00. Orders placed after 15:00 will be dispatched the next working day.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we only ship to addresses within the UK.
How do you handle taxes or VAT?
We are not VAT registered so VAT is not payable, therefore it is not included in the price or added at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return window from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible for a return items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
We do not accept returns for items that are used, worn or have been removed from their protective plastic wrapping.

How do I start a return?
Please contact us at sales@thetimetin.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. This inspection is only to confirm the item is in its original condition.
What if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Do you offer exchanges?
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. You can then place a new order for the item you would like to purchase.

Yes, clicking an ad will take you to the correct product page with matching details.
